After you purchase an Easy Web Videos template, you will receive an e-mail prompting you to send us the elements we need to complete your video. This might be photos, text, your URL, and/or logo. Once receiving these, you will get an e-mail with a link to download your video within 14 days. The link will take you to a page where you will download a .zip file. The .zip file will contain a flash video (.flv, resolution 720x405) and a quicktime video (.mov, resolution 720x405). These videos can be posted on your website or uploaded to YouTube, as well as other video sharing sites. Just to give you an idea of how big a 720x405 video is, all the videos on the Video Templates page are those dimensions.

Once we receive the necessary elements to complete your video, you will receive a link to download your video within 14 days.

The royalty free music featured in the templates are scored according to the cut, and chosen because they compliment the style of the video. Therefore, the music cannot be changed.

We are currently working on making this feature available. If you buy your video now without voiceover, but decide to add it later when the option becomes available, we will offer a discount to you.

That depends on the video template. Please visit the Video Templates page to find the template in question, and check under the customizable features if font color is listed.

Your photos should be at least 800x800 in resolution. Most new cameras shoot well above that range. Please make sure when you send us your photos they are the originals and not compressed versions.

No, we will use the pictures you send us as-is. If you want to edit your photos in any way you must do it yourself.

Please send your photos as a .JPEG, .PNG or .TIFF file. The logo can be sent as a .AI, .PSD, .JPEG, .PNG or .TIFF file. When you send your logo please make sure that it has a transparent background.

Good pictures are ones that represent your brand, product and/or service in the best light possible. It's good to send a variety of angles and framing: wide shots, medium shots, close-ups. On top of making sure your photos are high enough resolution, make sure that they are clear and not blurry. You can start here for some simple photography tips.

Horizontally oriented photos are preferred as your video is widescreen (720x405). If you send us a vertically oriented photo, we will have to zoom in so that it fills the frame.

There are several ways to upload your video to your website. You can upload the quicktime movie file that you'll receive to YouTube and use the embed code to embed it on your website (click here to watch an instructional video on YouTube embedding), or you can host the video yourself. Your web designer should have no problem adding the video to your site.
